Please complete the following forms for enrollment and bring with you on Parents' Night or on Registration Day:

Also, we will need a copy of your child's birth certificate, social security card, and front & back of their insurance card; also if you have any custody papers these will need to be provided as well. If you do not have the availability to make copies, we can make the copies for you.

The registration fee is approx. $200.00 (depending on costs to the unit). There is a non-refundable deposit of $100.00 (due the day of registration); the remaining amount will need to be paid in full by week 10. A payment must be made every week at a minimum of $10.00.

After Graduation: There is a monthly fee of $5.00, which is due on the first drill of each month. You may pay this monthly or in one lump sum if you wish.

• Deposit on Camouflage Uniform (Blouse & Trousers)
• Deposit on Backpack w/ name & logo to carry gear
• Young Marine ID Card w/ photo
• Ribbons & Ribbon bars
• Name Tapes
• Unit T-Shirt (1)
• Administrative Costs (ie, Young Marine Service Record Books, copies, paper, ink,
  office supplies, website maintenance, etc.)
• Additional Insurance Coverage for Young Marine Functions
