Also, we will need a copy of your child's birth certificate, social security card, and front & back of their insurance card; also if you have any custody papers these will need to be provided as well. If you do not have the availability to make copies, we can make the copies for you.

The registration fee is approx. $150.00 (depending on costs to the unit). There is a non-refundable deposit of $75.00 (due the day of registration); the remaining amount will need to be paid in full by week 10. A payment must be made every week at a minimum of $10.00.

There is also a monthly due of $5.00, which is due on the first drill of each month.
